Our troughs, planters and vases are all made from solid stone slabs and are therefore quite heavy to lift and manoeuvre. We use fully trained delivery providers who are able to move the Blooming Troughs into place on your behalf. It’s important to note that you shouldn’t lift the planters, troughs or vases by the top frame. Additionally, side tipping will cause damage and could crack or weaken the stone or internal frame. Once you’ve received The Traditionalist, please do not remove any of the internal expanding foam as this will void your guarantee. If you are planting the troughs or planters yourself, the stone tops will need protecting whilst you are installing plants or trees to avoid damage from garden tools and materials.
